We are more than happy to recommend Chris and his father for any building projects – large or small. Our renovations (June 2016) included new hardwood decking, balustrade, removing an internal wall, designing and installing a new kitchen and many extras that have been on our wish list for years. As we both work fulltime, we were grateful for not only their invaluable and honest building advice, but also the fact that they managed all the trades and co-ordinated the entire job end to end – all we had to do was the shopping! We are thrilled with the results, the quote was spot on, they were super easy to deal with and respected our home at all times. We definitely plan to use Sydney Best Carpentry for all future work.
Chris was fantastic. Replied to my voicemail quickly, came around the next day and said he would get the work done the same week. I just wanted to acknowledge the work Chris, his family & team put in to the renovation of my unit. Renovations are stressful at the best of times & we seem to be hit with bad luck at every turn... But all credit to the guys, they plugged away and I am very happy with the result. I can't fault their strong work ethic and we maintained a strong relationship throughout. We decided to hire Sydney Best Carpentry because of their great reviews from this site and they are not wrong. Chris and Fevsi did a fantastic job with my house - complete internal renovation from kitchen, master bedroom with en-suite, guest bathroom, new timber flooring throughout the house and many more. We are satisfied with their great quality workmanship, they are very approachable, reliable and fantastic to work with. Not only that, their work ethic and the level of communication is superb as Chris always brief and updating us week by week. They completed the job before the due date and met with the budget but the most outstanding part is that Chris and Fevsi go extra mile when I asked them to do extra works beyond their working hours and the contract. It's great to have them around as they are warm and trustworthy people to work with and I have no doubt that we will call them again for our next project. I have no doubt recommending them to others as it's not easy to find a good quality tradesmen around these days who is willing to listen to customers and execute the job professionally. ps: got them a job to reno my in-laws house next week

Sydney Best Carpentry did a major renovation of our bathroom/laundry and sun room. They also replaced flooring and numerous doors and windows throughout our home. We found Chris and Fevsi to be approachable and honest tradesmen. We are pleased with the final result and in particular given the tight schedule we gave them over the holiday period, the ease with which Chris adjusted to these circumstances and schedule.
Chris and Fevsi just completed an extension of our home involving the conversion of a covered verandah and the creation of a new deck in our garden. The three-week project involved carpentry, plumbing, and painting, all of which were completed to the highest standard. As some of the other reviewers have mentioned, Sydney Best Carpentry were true to both the projected timeline and budget for the job. Chris interpreted and executed our ideas perfectly and was very helpful in offering suggestions relating to small details which we hadn't considered. The team was exceedingly professional and a pleasure to have in our home from day one. On a personal note, we found all of them to be warm and lovely people who I know we will miss having around and sharing a morning coffee with. Chris and his Father Fevsi have just completed our kitchen renovation as well as structural work to a retaining wall underneath our swimming pool, this on the back of the positive recommendations posted on this site, From the start, my wife and I were put at ease by the polite manner in which they listened to our ideas and, where necessary, suggested good alternatives. As part of the kitchen renovation, walls were also removed. They gave a start and finish time, both met without problem. They carried out the work to a very high standard - plumbing, electrics, carpentry, tiling and more. On top of that, they maintained good humour and respect for our home for the whole 5 week duration. Chris and his Father Fevzi are a credit to their trade and a credit to the human race - nothing was ever too much trouble and I have already lined them up for further work in the future. It's great to find tradesmen who are honest and trustworthy. Thanks Chris and Fevzi, our kitchen looks fantastic.
We recently completed our renovation at Baulkham Hills. Its was a complete revamp with new Bathrooms/Kitchen/Wooden flooring/Electrical s. Sydney Best Carpentry did a fabulous job and we are very happy with the results. I was very nervous for such a large scale change in the beginning but once Chris and his father started the job all the worries had disappeared. Few points any customer should know about them and which worked for me... 1) Professional- Highly professional and maintained it throughout the job 2) Flexible - They work with you and open to changes at any stage of the project 3) Timely- They were prompt on their assessment and completion of the entire job 4) Skilled - Not restricted to Bathrooms or Kitchens only. They do the whole 9 yards. 6) Strong work ethic- Work 6 days a week and long hours at times 7) Quality- High standard of quality all along 8) Budget- Stuck to the budget and there were no surprises at all. 9) Value for money- Charges for the quality and timely work was exceptional. There are a lot of stories I could share where one or more of their qualities mentioned above were sparklingly displayed.But all I shall say now is that I am very glad they did my renovation and will not hesitate to recommend them to all. The guys from Sydney Best Carpentry are great. They demolished and rebuilt our terrace's old deck and ordered and installed a new balustrade. They did all the work on time, within budget, and even helped us solve some unrelated problems that crept in along the way. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for carpentry and handyman services and am very grateful that now we know who to call whenever we need good quality work done without exaggerated costs.

I have recently moved to Sydney and needed some renovations down to my new house. The kitchen and bathroom were in a terrible state and I wanted them fixed quickly. Chris and his team were friendly, professional and fast from the very first quote until the end of the job. The job was completed on time, and their 5 year guarantee offers me peace of mind. I was kept informed throughout the whole process and the quality of work was very impressive. As summer approaches I would love a deck and a pergola area for my back yard and will be calling Sydney's Best Carpentry again to get the job done. We needed a large back deck reconstructed. It was 8mx2.5m and was 4m off the ground. Chris said that he wanted to construct a balcony for us that would look good and stand the test of time. He completed the job in good time, without taking any shortcuts. He kept us informed about what he was doing and why he made the choices he did. Chris, Frank and their team were keen, conscientious and extremely hard working. They were fully professional, totally honest and very reliable. Chris and Frank had an expert knowledge of which timbers to use on the deck. We found Chris to be a man of his word and he went out of his way on many occasions to keep his word. We are getting Chris & Frank back in a few weeks to build a large side deck and stairs and we would fully recommend them to anybody wanting quality work done.

Sydneys Best Carpentry were very helpful and friendly. From the initial quote coming out on Sunday to see the space. By the end of day one and realising a Strata issue that needed to be fixed with the floor would take longer then expected. They were very understanding and sympathetic to the fact that this issue was out of our control. After the eight workdays it took for the floor to be fixed they were available to return and complete the work. They were also very quick to fix any problems.

Real impressive and quality renovation to my kitchen. My trouble was getting the job done in quick fire time, and these guys worked extended hrs for the whole week to make sure they met the date. Did not hesitate to give them my pergola job.
